I enjoy Sports of all nature. This can be pay to watch – Rugby, Football or Cricket for instance. I am a Southend United season ticket holder. A significant part of my love is Athletics. I have my daughter (pictured above with the headband) to thank for this. Over 20 years ago she showed an interest in Cross Country running and joined Southend AC where she still remains. For me coaching beckoned which I still undertake. Trips out with the club led to me officiating which I love and I am a qualified Starter and Marksman. I can also indulge my photography hobby.

Day 53 - February 22 - National Cross Country - It was muddy very muddy and windy - Adam Hickey - a champion at 13 and Beau Macdonald aged 13 emulating his hero
